The manufacture of Laminated busbars and IGBT liquid cooling plate

Once the layers are stacked, they are compressed and bonded together under heat and pressure. This process ensures that the laminated busbar is strong and durable.


In addition to laminated busbars, IGBT liquid cooling plates are also a crucial component of power electronics systems. These plates help to dissipate heat generated by the IGBTs, which can lead to improved performance and reliability.







The manufacture of IGBT liquid cooling plates involves several steps. Firstly, the plate is designed using computer-aided design (CAD) software. The design is then transferred to a CNC machine for cutting and drilling the necessary holes.


Next, the plate is cleaned and coated with a layer of primer to improve adhesion. A layer of thermal paste is then applied to the plate to improve heat transfer.


The plate is then bonded to a heat exchanger using a thermal adhesive. The heat exchanger is typically made of aluminum or copper and is responsible for removing the heat from the liquid coolant.
